A Low-Carb diet can benefit anyone. Kelly Ripa credits a Low-Carb diet in improving her physique as well as her lifestyle. In a recent interview, well known morning talk-show host of Live with Kelly and Michael says, “I eat a very clean diet. I have lots of vegetables, I eat protein, but I really don’t put a ton of thought into it.”
Ripa is not the only celebrity to benefit from such a diet. Recently, Kim Kardashian lost 56 pounds on a Low-Carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet. Others who have had success with the Low-Carb diet include Renée Zellweger, Sharon Osbourne, and Courtney Thorne-Smith.
It’s no wonder people are finding such success. The Low-Carb diet includes foods that might have been once dubbed “forbidden,” such as red meat, cheese, eggs, creamy indulgent dressings, and many other rich foods. It’s hard to consider the diet as “restrictive” when one is allowed to enjoy eating so many filling and satisfying foods. However, by restricting sugar and carbohydrates these celebrities can make a high-protein, high-fat diet healthy. Sugary and high-carb foods have the most effect on blood sugar levels, which can lead to serious long-term health problems.
A Low-Carb diet paired with an exercise program incorporating cardio and strength training are producing amazing results for Kelly. She discovered that her new regimen increased her stamina and energy. “Before I started exercising, I was exhausted all the time,” said Ripa.
The stars have discovered the benefits of their new Low-Carb lifestyle. So many others can learn how to improve their lives as well. The Low-Carb diet is a reliable solution to aid in weight loss, increase energy and stamina, improving mental cognition, reversing type-2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, and asymptomatic obesity.
